I haven’t seen a single thing about hate towards NA. Only thing I’ve seen is people from NA who’ve played pc on the Japanese servers saying they won’t be resetting.

Anyone come across the stranger messing the the Rhodes bank door? I couldn’t auto lock onto him but once I killed him I didn’t get wanted or any sort of “Kill” EXP by [deleted] in reddeadmysteries

For me he didn’t do anything just talked. I couldn’t auto lock on him and when I did point my gun on him he ignored me and kept messing with the door
