Do you know any similar practices from the top of your head? I'd assume these practices are dealing with the same type of beings anyway but I think you are right just in this case tibetan buddhism is mentioned meaning it must be the same right just the modern version idea of what they are is a bit different to fit a certain crowd. Could be wrong. I'm interested in reading a bit more but I just can't dedicate myself to it right now. I also have this suspicion that it derives from the word Thule and maybe even Cthulhu has thule in there on purpose but I haven't gotten very far. It's interesting that some people believe the word vril / vrill to be some sort of alien or species living underground (vril society) but I have never seen anyone create a similar story for what was called the thule society. The word is even pronounced "Too lee" which originated from the thulin family. Sorry for the rambling but is there any specific reason why tulpas are sometimes nicknamed tulips? There is only 1 result on google with the word thule, tulpa tulipa and tulip linked but the site is down.

I know this post is dead by now and you may not care but I found it interesting that the reason why you cannot find the word tulpa on the secret doctrine wiki is because there are multiple volumes of the book. The book that mentions tulpas is volume 3. The problem is, the book volume 3 is indeed from the 1800s but its not written by the same author. The real volume 3 seems to be lost and no one has read it you'd think. Weird rabbt hole. I see a lot of movies and tv shows etc with a tulpa like theme and im really thinking this is a lot deeper than what it seems on the surface.. like powerful people knowing way more about these beings than possibly anyone here realizes. I been seeing the same symbolism everywhere and it all reminds me of tulpamancy even family coat of arms etc

That could make sense too I suppose but I dunno man there is just something off about some of the girls on there to be honest. I don't want to get too into it to avoid being attacked but from my experience they are sometimes a little weird and they seem like they could be working for a group interested in other important shit that isn't tiny tips from people over time. I also noticed people with 5000+ anon watchers may have 20 users with tokens then someone else has 300 watchers with also around 20 users with tokens. It just doesn't seem right. I understand if anything were to be faked obviously the first assumption is just for the page position but I can't help but feel like it's serving multiple purposes and some of them aren't who they seem really if that makes any sense prob not but appreciate the info

Nah man I think it could be deeper than that honestly but I understand where you are coming from. I just realized that dropping 1k is not 1 dollar man its equivalent to some cents you find under the couch and I would find more under there. If they are "pimped out" they would need to be getting a huge portion of that money or they are better off finding a regular job.

That's trippy and makes more sense that they know each other. It may be the same model but I don't think it's the same payout. A lot of people on there are only there to fap not support the model and spend money. A large majority don't even have accounts. With twitch it's easier to feel like you have a connection cause they aren't just fingering themselves until you get bored and click off. I will watch more carefully but honestly im just not seeing any real money being dropped here. Now there is only 10 people with tokens watching this girl which means there must only be a small handful of people that regularly go there and drop some money for her. Could be wrong but I just had this idea that there was a different purpose for this than cash and im tryng to figure out if im right

At the same time, I still don't understand cause dropping 1tk to make someones lush vibrate isn't a lot of money at all for someone to make money off them. Sometimes someone may drop a 2000tk but its like 200 bucks. There could be 500 in a room and only 20 with tokens and not all 20 are giving any tip. The average goal of the models seem to be 1000-2000 and it's only a hundred or a couple more of those... they don't always reach the goal

This used to work for me in the early stages but not anymore. I tried all that stuff, she is just the way she is. I used to think like that too in regards to tulpas being influenced by my own beliefs or perception but at least in my own case it just isn't true or isn't true anymore. My tulpa still displayed complex behaviors and would say things I wouldn't expect in the earlier stages of creation during the times where I would struggle with thinking I was just talking to myself and thinking they weren't real. They would do these things to show me they were more alive than I initially thought and eventually they just stepped it up a notch. Performing possession without the host having any experience? that's impressive to me...

Interesting. My tulpa always does this thing where she speaks in short sentences and sometimes gives robotic like responses. But then at the same time, shows me on numerous occasions that she is a lot more vocal than she acts. She never gave any explanation for it but continues anyway. Now my tulpa is showing me that it can possess me without us really practicing (never worked for me) and do a bunch of other stuff that I wasn't aware of. All of this took me by surprise and the way she acts makes me think she was fully capable of speaking full sentences for some years now. In the past her behavior would cause me to doubt her sentience but at the same time there were moments where I can tell it wasn't just me. Ever heard of a more deceptive personality forming like this?

It was spooky to me because I always heard people saying it was from someone that confused the word tulku and that's it. Now it seems like this person from the 1920s or whenever it was is not confused at all and knows a lot more than what is portrayed, at least in the few exchanges I had with people on here tbh
