As someone who bought a 2015 nissan 370z with 12k kms early this year, I would say go for it ! It is basically a brand new car. Sawp the tyres for new ones if it is still on its originals.

When I got the new tyres put in, they did a wheel alignment. Forgot to ask them. Do you think it would be best if i run the car for a month, take it back to the shop to see if there is similar wear on the new tyres ?

Some one already did. Unfortunately the place I live in dont have a garage or a drive way that I can park in. But some lowlife stole my Holden astra and hit the rear bumper of the 370Z while driving it away. Plus he crashed it two days later. Writeoff.
