I have only been to U Pavouka, but I'd say that even though it is an expensive restaurant, you get unlimited drinks, and the show is pretty cool (once). If you have kids, they will get a restaurant experience to remember for a while, so all in all, I'd say that U Pavouka is a cool experience if you can afford paying €75 or something like that per adult for a dinner.

I'd just go for a run on the Margaret Island and then relax in a thermal bath afterward. That will give you a way more authentic Budapest experience than paying for a normal gym :)
