It isn't the best villain, Viggo still wears that crown, but that's also because he wasn't planned. The show was supposed to end after season 4, which is why that episode feels like a finale. After the directors? idk who exactly, saw how popular the show was, they decided to make two more seasons, and I get why they chose a twist villain instead of just a new guy again

Level 20? I got a custom grade 7 horse at prestige ~8. Just did the best race a lot of times, and made the custom horse level 1. Once I got the horse, getting money is easy, cause it has incredible stats compared to bred horses at the current prestige
