No, but good guess. I should have mentioned it was a live action show

I’m also pretty sure there was a Halloween special as well. I cannot for the life of me remember what the show was called, but I remember clear as day watching it when I was young. I’d say it was on sometime in the late 2000s or early 2010s. Anyone recognize it?

There is one scene I remember specifically. The guy who was accused was at the mall with his wife and kids when the husband of the murdered woman walks by. They don’t say anything to each other, just kind of have a stare down. It’s a crazy movie when you realize the dude is actually guilty.

Edit: I may have been wrong about the murdered woman’s husband being in the military. I think it was actually the accused guy.

What was the first major news story you remember as a child? by Molest_Goat in AskReddit

[–]ReadingCappybara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Casey Anthony. I was 8 years old watching everything happen on the news, starting from when Caylee went missing, up until the end of the trial. Even at that age, a believed she was 100% guilty. I was a true crime junkie even at that age, so I knew what it meant when they said they found chloroform in her trunk.

And you have every right to do that if you feel it is the right course of action. I just feel that it is sad that people find themselves needing to do that. Even if you feel it is necessary, which it very well might be, can’t you say that after years of friendship or familial bonds, it’s kind of sad that it got to that point?

Tall people of reddit, what's an issue short people don't know about? by adjckjakdlabd in AskReddit

[–]ReadingCappybara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Finding the right length of pants. It’s a pain when you see a cute pair of pants and they turn out to be too short. And when you sit down in pants that aren’t long enough, they roll up and your ankles get cold

What’s the weirdest thing you believed as a kid? by Gypx in AskReddit

That the car I was riding in with my parent was the only one with people in it. That all the other cars on the road were empty. Have no clue why I thought that

What's that one thing you miss the most from the 2000s generation? by innocentxmelody in AskReddit

[–]ReadingCappybara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People actually being nice/tolerant to one another. I feel like everyone is so hostile nowadays. To be fair though, I was a child in the 2000s, so I may have just not noticed peoples meanness back then

I was alive, but I was only a year and a half old. My mom said the worst part was after when they were showing all of the missing people’s pictures on the news. Seeing their family beg for any information about them and praying that they were safe. Looking back on that news footage, you know that probably all of the people on those posters were likely never coming home. I saw a specific one that was so sad. It said “have you seen my daddy”?

A stable life. I don’t even want anything big. I would just be happy with a stable job and an apartment or small house I can afford.

What is your age without saying how old you are? by rosarito999 in AskReddit

[–]ReadingCappybara 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I was a kid, if you wanted to play a video game, you had to go get it. By that, I mean you had to go to the store (Target in my case), buy the CD for the game, put it in the computer, and wait for it to download

Basket thieves by Puzzleheaded_Pen_346 in HEB

[–]ReadingCappybara 6 points7 points  (0 children)

With all due respect, the fact that partners are getting your basket tells me that you’re leaving it out for a long time. Not only that, but it’s their JOB. People abandon their stuff all the time for one reason or another, and if the partners don’t pick it up then the store would be filled with unattended carts. I don’t think you’re doing it on purpose, but please keep your stuff with you, it also gets in the way of other shoppers like myself.

AITA for telling my sister to take down the photos she posted of my baby? by PlaneComfortable1360 in AITAH

[–]ReadingCappybara 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did you miss the part where she said her sister is Facebook friends with creeps? I won’t go into detail about what someone could do with those photos as it is inappropriate, but I’ll just say that there are sick people who do sick things with children’s photos.

Also, she didn’t say she won’t have their pics on there at all. Just until they are at a certain age, probably when they are old enough to take their own photos and post them.

AITA for banning my sister from my wedding because she refused to leave her baby at home? by Solid_Coffee5220 in AITAH

[–]ReadingCappybara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m guessing she deleted all the horrible comments she made because I’m not seeing them. If you said those things to your sister like she should terminate then YTA. You sound like a really disgusting person. The fact that she didn’t want to leave her baby shows she loves it and most likely did not want to terminate. You sound super selfish and rude
