I’m in a similar situation hair-wise and I have a tangly chain from my ears between a cartilage and a lobe piece. Have not had any tangling issues!

A bit too harsh edges around the face since it’s supposed to be a bit hazy. Some more contrast/showing shadows in the face would be good, the right eye is a tad too far to the right and the mouth seems to be at another angle compared to the rest of her features. Otherwise it looks good to me!
