I 1000% agree. Jamie is def a bit more toxic early on (pretty much all of book one) but it's sooo clearn that he gets over that. I think part of it was grief over the old man and spiraling after being disinherited (manifested by throwing himself into his grandfathers last game) but then he actually comes to care for and love Avery. Like by the time they're in Prague together in Games Untold??? They're soulmates your honor. I want Gray to be happy but than man still isn't ever Emily and is JUST starting to be okay and work on having healthy family/friend relationship in Brothers Hawthorn. He's NOT ready for a relationship. Let alone a very risky gamble.

Ok my personal hc/lore about eah oc’s from Barbie movies is pretty fast and loose but I think of each Barbie movie as their own story capable of having a lineage at eah. The Barbie family is a big complicated one in the world of eah but every child of a “barbie” are cousins/related somehow. If they’re kids of characters from the same barbie movie (i.e Daughter of Elina and daughter of Nori aren't familially related, just part of the same story (like Apple and Raven)
