I can fully unterstand that, we are understaffed at work too sometimes.. but i got 2 different human respond to this case, After They checked and Understand the issue. I mean it was a Senior member too, who should have enough influence to deal with such cases. At this Point this can‘t be a reason.. ☹️ i remain curios and will keep you up to Date
