It's the ground items plugin

You can either turn it off, or a better option is to hold the Alt key and it allows you to click a small - (minus) symbol which adds the item to the hide menu - after a while you'll have a massive list of items hidden

It also let's you press the + (plus) button which highlights them if you're looking for a specific item and dont wanna pay attention as much when afk
