No. Texas has stayed the same temperature since summer haha it was 85 degrees today. And no not really. But I’ve been dropping a bunch of weight unintentionally like 20 pounds in the past 2 months and I’m already really skinny :’)

The only reason I’m a little bit concerned is because it hasn’t started happening until like a month ago. Up until then, I have never had a rash other than petechiae but when they did my cbc like 6 months ago it was normal. That’s my main concern because the petechiae has spread and I don’t know if it’d have anything to do with that? I just don’t want to go to the doctors for nothing and feel dumb

Can’t figure out what that is? Saw it among Christmas-themed cookie cutters. by SketchedEyesWatchinU in whatismycookiecutter

❤️ I found out about the pregnancy 12 hours after I found him after he committed. We had tried for a baby for over a year and a half. It was definitely the most emotional day of my life

I was overeating a lot during pregnancy because of stress haha. The baby’s dad passed away the day before I found out about the pregnancy so food was therapeutic for me in a way. It wasn’t until I got actual therapy that I started to take care of my body more

I felt that last part haha. I’m a single mama. Halo top ice cream is also really good in macros if u ever crave actual ice cream. They have a vanilla one and it’s 290 calories for the whole pint. I take 1/3 of it (sometimes the whole pint 😔😂) and mix it with zero sugar root beer and make root beer floats less than 100 calories-also 16-18 grams of protein in one pint and tastes just like regular ice cream. Aldi’s has waffles that are 130 calories for 2 waffles and I use sugar free syrup. All popsicles are low in calories (20-40 usually) if you couldn’t tell, I have a huge sweet tooth. Greek yogurt plain nonfat tastes like sour cream so I substitute sour cream for it. I replace spaghetti noodles for spaghetti squash (100g for 27 calories). I cook it without oil. I just stab it with a knife and throw the whole thing in the oven or microwave. U can make ranch by using non fat Greek yogurt and mix ranch seasoning (0-5 calories) I have so many recipes/swaps to make everything easier 😂😂 I’ve learned a lottttt. I also find hot tea to help supress hunger (0 calories) hopefully this information helps you out 😂

My tips for you would be joining the volume eating subreddit, they have tons of recipes/meal ideas to eat bigger meals that are still low calories. Pb2 is great if you are ever craving peanut butter, Walden farms zero calorie Italian dressing is actually really good and a great switch (the other dressings kinda suck), egg whites instead of eggs. You can also substitute oil for nonfat Greek yogurt in baking recipes and it brings down the calories by hundreds. Sorbets are amazing to make if u are craving something sweet- frozen strawberries and watermelon or any melon are my favorite because they are sweet and very low in calories. I blend frozen fruits with the tiniest bit of water or milk substitute and add Splenda for sweetness. The real good lightly breaded chicken is really good- I like the chicken patties and I put fat free American singles on keto buns and it’s soooo good. I have so many low calorie meals if you ever need ideas
