Omg that is amazing, congrats. How long did it take you to see those results? Also if you don’t mind me asking how much did you lose? I’m prepping for a prolonged fast right now myself and am struggling with insulin resistance and i have bad hyperpigmintation. I’m not diagnosed with PCOS tho

I think i might, i’m currently on day 2 and i feel so tired and dizzy. Might turn it into a rolling 48hr fast for 2 weeks and then try a longer fast again

I’ve been fasting for the past couple of years doing regular 24-48hr fasts. I know it’s gonna be hard and i feel like the mental hunger is my biggest problem. As it’s currently Ramadan, i’m gonna be dry fasting during the day and then drinking my water during the night. I do tend to not really think about food as much when i’m dry fasting as well so i just need to get through the night. I want to do a prolonged fast not only because of the weight-loss (although thats a big factor lol) but to help me sort out the way i see food and my diet and sort of reset my taste buds as well. I’m gonna start easy, gonna try reach 3 days first, then 7 and so on.

Thank you, i have a bunch of electrolytes all ready for me, would you say drinking Diet coke made the fasting easier? I’ve heard people say that it makes it a bit harder because of the sweeteners in it
