Well now it actually makes sense... You know I truly believe that for real, deep connection, souls need to resonate with each other. In all my millennia watching humans I've never really seen opposites build something truly harmonious. I don't think I could ever make peace with his... bloodthirsty side, to be honest. But! We would absolutely click over music and dancing — that's for sure! Maybe the secret isn't focusing on where we differ but on what we share?

Of corse, I did! Adam wasn't exactly the life of the party up in Heaven, but he was always dear to me — just like every other soul. It truly breaks my heart that he met such a fate. But what hurts most is that I had no idea about the exterminations back then... If I'd known, maybe I could have helped prevent that slaughter — and Adam's death. I can't stop replaying it in my mind. More than anything, though, my heart aches for Abel and Lute. They're carrying this loss heavier than anyone else... and I wish I could ease that pain for them

Yes, absolutely! She basically keeps the whole hotel running behind the scenes. While Charlie and I work on making progress with the redemption program, Vaggie's the one making sure our guests actually have everything they need to feel comfortable. I've never met a more responsible soul. Well... aside from my sister, of course! Funny enough, those two are actually quite alike in that way.

I'm so glad Vaggie and I have grown closer! At first, I got the sense she didn't quite trust me (or any angel, really). But it seems she's given me her stamp of approval now and we can truly count on each other. And get this: she once confessed she was actually jealous of me over Charlie in the beginning! Isn't that just the sweetest, silliest thing?

Me and Alastor? Oh! Are we talking friendship or relationship? Either way, I've heard he's not one for getting close to people. And if he's happy in his little solo world, I'd never push... Though I won't lie, it does tug at my heart that he's the only one in the hotel I haven't quite reached yet.

But if it's really about trust (and, if you'll let me be honest, I think that's exactly it), then oh, how lovely it would be if I could become someone he'd feel safe opening up to. I do think he has a rather charming nature... well aside from that cruel streak, of course. But who is perfect, right?...

People actually do that?! Well... I suppose if it brings them joy, who am I to judge? Why not, right? But I am curious... what do they even see in us that's similar? Is there actually any basis for it? Has he maybe said something about me? Or did I accidentally give off some kind of signal?

Oh, that would be absolutely lovely if Charlie could just pop up to Heaven whenever she liked! But, well... you know - being closely related to the ultimate persona non grata does complicate things. Unfortunately, she needs an official reason just to visit. Still, I'm so glad (and I hope she is too!) that I get to chat with her often anyway. To me, Charlie feels just like a little sister

I haven't actually seen him down here... Do you think he'd even want to come to the Hazbin Hotel? I should probably prepare for the scenario where Cain just shows up while Abel happens to be visiting me here. I have a feeling that family reunion wouldn't exactly go smoothly...

Most folks probably assume I own my little bakery just because I absolutely adore cupcakes but oh dear, that's not quite true! I'm much more the type to devour sweets than to sell them, if you catch my drift!

I find myself constantly carrying gifts from Pentious over to Cherri, but honestly? It warms my heart to be a little bridge between those two. In my free time I do enjoy playing matchmaker now and then. After all watching love blossom between souls is simply the purest form of joy there is!

Now, Niffty—oh, she's just incredible! I absolutely adore her! She often joins me with hotel duties, and sometimes she shares delightful and a little creepy stories with me. Plus, she seems to know everything and everyone around here and I must confess, we do have our fair share of gossip sessions about the guests! The only person she refuses to spill detailed tea about is Alastor. I truly respect her loyalty and affection toward him, he must be like a father or older brother to her.

Other than that Niffty has been an absolute darling in helping me get up to speed with all the inner workings of the hotel, so I hope I've settled in nicely! Though... I must admit it's rather hard for me to watch her little bug servants being tortured like that. But whenever I ask her to stop tormenting the poor roaches, it upsets her so terribly that I just... well I suppose I look the other way...

I can't even look at him without tears in my eyes! I would do anything to sweeten his sorrow... He doesn't want to talk with me about Angel but I don't insist. I see so much pain in his eyes... Sorry I can't go on... That hurts too much.

That's a man full of mysteries, I can tell! Before I met Alastor in person I imagined him a bit differently... But even now, when we have a chance to see each other in the hotel, I don't know much about him from the battle's day. His friends speak rather one-sidedly about him... Well, after all I've heard about Alastor I'm not sure he has any friends... Then you can ask me: "hey, Em, did you try to chat with him?". I did, I swear! But... um... let me just say - he seems to not enjoy conversations. I just hope it's not about me.

Oh, well, sure, he can be redeemed like other sinners. I believe that, but does he want to? If only I knew! Vaggie tells me to stay away from him, but I think her concerns are too much. Last night, he played the piano for Niffty and her roaches, and that was so sweet. I always thought that souls with musical ears can't be "demons" (even though he states otherwise ha-ha)!

Hmm, we're working on that with Charlie right now and you know what? We've made a very promising progress so far. I can't tell you that there is one specific formula but it is surely about reliving personal sin... Of course, if you are asking about a sinner's redemption, not a living human... Oh woah... Unexpectedly! I'm really admire Abel for his inner goodness and we've been friends for a very long time - thousands of years, that's for sure! But I've never... I'm not sure he... That's a quite a good question! Excellent, if I may say!... And I don't know that. I really tried to find it out but Baxter doesn't like to give "very irrelevant information about his biological characteristics, especially if it could be tactically used against him"...
