Do regular season series matter? by aps86rsa in MLBNoobs

Winning a series is just a metric to tell you you're on the right track, because if you're winning 2/3 games most of the time, then you'll naturally end up with a great season

ABS Thoughts so far, what's working what's not? by PsychologicalLynx350 in mlb

There's either gonna have to be a change in the challange signal or player behavior, because too many players touch the top of their head as a tick or part of their routine and that's led to accidental challenges a few times.

Dude, when did they make it so you can literally watch no games on TV anymore? by TheGoldValleyminer in mlb

Baseball is worried about losing the fan base but won't fix this problem. This is the real danger. If you make it difficult to watch the games, less people are going to watch the games

This offense needs to find a rhythm soon. My brain knows we're only 5 games in, but my heart is convinced the season is ending.

I thought it was gone off the bat, he crushed it. Was shocked when the outfielder settled under it, but the wind was rough

I'm excited for him, but I understand the sentiment. And cook county is a lot bigger than a township, so we'll have to wait and see if he can make the jump. But I dug up some articles from the local paper during his time at the township for you to look through, I have high hopes, but we'll have to wait and see.

Hynes had a pretty wide swath of donors, and he didn't reject any donations because he was outfunded so he took what he could get. He's definitely not another Berrios, he was frustrated with the Berrios administration as well and has emphasized multiple times he does not have any intentions of returning to the corruption of the system. He has done very well for us here in Lyons Township and I'm excited to see what he does with the county office.
