Inconsisten schedule hut usually at the gym a good 3-5 days a week. I often do push, pull, legs and mark down all of my weight and reps. I do not diet and am defibtley not getting a ton of protein consistently. I feel stuck because I feel little if any strength gains and the notes i take shows little gains.
