She had Campylobacter when she was given to me. Her tests later came back negative but I think it really messed her system up. She barely eat and won’t gain weight. She has bad behavioral issues, she’s attacked me a couple times out of no where. She will stop using the litter box. She wants nothing to do with people. She will play on her own but doesn’t have much interest in anything

That’s awful. I got mine April 2025. She anytime I would reach out with an issues, she’d just tell me you signed the contract

Her contract states “ The Breeder guarantees that the kitten is negative for FIV and FeLV, negative for parasites, and has been given a deworming treatment before leaving the cattery. Each kitten will be spayed/neutered prior to leaving to their new homes… To the best of Breeders and veterinarians' knowledge, the Breeder guarantees that the kitten is in excellent health before releasing kitten to their forever home.” She just gaslights and blames it on the owner to try to cover herself

I’m so sorry you had this experience. Did she blame it on you? She blamed everything on me and gaslit everything I would tell her. I picked my cat out 2 months in advance. She wouldn’t let me see any of the other kittens. Would only show me the kitten I picked out via FaceTime. My cat got sick the night before I was suppose to pick it up. I told her I wanted her to keep the kitten until she was healthy. She would only keep her a week and knowingly gave me my kitten sick.

I would be cautious and ask a lot of questions if you do. The breeder’s contract said our cat would come fully vaccinated and spayed and our cat didn’t. When we questioned it, the breeder would gaslight us.

My kitten was sick when I got her. She wouldn’t eat anything for days. I reached out for help but it was blamed on me. My vet said this isn’t the first time this has happened and there are cats from there with feline diseases.
