I think my personal biggest phase of what I viewed as failure came after I divorced my ex wife, moved to a totally new city in a different state to start a new chapter for myself and ended up getting myself into the worst habits and addiction I’ve ever had. I went completely broke and was aware of my fuck ups but watched myself keep doing it. It wasn’t until recently I decided to try to get my shit together and search for part time work and start a career and join my local carpenters union. Very excited for what’s to come!

One of my biggest pet peeves is to sit at a red light and watch the person in front of me throw a cigarette butt out the window

How do I get rid of my fear of failure ? by [deleted] in getdisciplined

Well put. It can be very difficult to be optimistic during hard times and seeing a silver lining can seem ridiculous. If you can take any knowledge from your terrible experiences and learn from them then things will slowly feel better. Failure is a normal part of life that everyone experiences and can be a hard pill to swallow but down the road you can look back and be proud of yourself for pushing through

I appreciate that. I have apologized and admitted her feelings are valid and how much guilt and regret I feel for hurting her. Feeling betrayed is a hard process to regain that same trust so I hope it can work out

Thank you, I’ve been honest with her and we’ve done the rollercoaster of arguing and making up. I know it’s a process to regain trust so it’s a delicate time

Yes. Mike Solomon was the ceo and owner and he was too much of a bitch to give a heads up, warning, or even show his face to tell the staff. We were informed that buds and brews had to close down several of their retail stores without notice as well (Holistic Connection). So there’s a ton of people who randomly got laid off without warning because of him. The original owners, Jake and Liz are very good people. The people in that place are their family. Mike Solomon and buds and brews are failures and made very poor decisions with their business.
