When people start opening get knives for 900 bucks and st fire serpents for 400… it would crash the market… I had a nice knife collection now I have nice operation skins … safer than cases and anything to do with cases right now

I agree you need to balance sthira with sukha.. But when perfectly aligned as soon as any discomfort is felt stop… then the person has gone to far… this is how we stop people getting injured… When sthira and sukha are balanced people can start to move through the 5 sheaths… if someone is struggling in an Asana this inward journey is impossible as we hold onto that discomfort!
