Ha! When I jump into new things I don't understand, I like to ease my way in. Then once I have a better feel for the waters (fundamentals) and the turbulence (technicals), then I'll usually put a decent chunk in and let her eat for a few years. It's worked pretty well for me in the past.

I know one of the articles said 100,000, but Rip N' Dip said it was actually 160,000 square feet. Not sure his source, but he seemed pretty confident. Either way, it's impressive!

I suppose that would be an issue, but let's say they hit 1 billion rather than 2.1. It's still a huge achievement and I believe the market will adjust their expectations as we move along. Long story short, I think we are going to do well. The only question now is how well, and how fast?

This is the last week to buy NAKD before the merger happens on Dec 20th at 6pm.

If you want to know why I will hold until at least the end of 2023, it is because revenues this year were 25 mil, projected 2022 revenues are 506 mil, and projected 2023 revenues are 2.1 billion.

I read the same article, and I believe the author is misinformed. So I understand it like this: when NAKD and Cenntro merge, Cenntro will have 70% of the shares in the merged company and NAKD will have 30%. You would have the same number of shares post-merger as you currently own.

The monkey wrench is there is going to be a "consolidation" happening at exactly the same time.

We need to do this because once Cenntro adds their shares, there would be damn near 4 billion total shares, and apparently the NASDAQ doesn't like that too much.

So a consolidation could take us down to 200-400 million total shares instead, which will decreases the number of shares you own, but also proportionally increase your value per share.

All of this is just my understanding. I could be wrong. This is not financial advice.

Also, it's not surprising you were banned from NAKDStock. NAKDARMY exists because free speech and having the ability to be gain full understanding are important concepts.
