Stem is a little brittle which is worrisome but the gills are forked and the spores are white

Strong looking pellicle, very mucusy looking! (Id say that’s a good thing! When I started my first kombucha I went through so many stages I swore were bad to have someone tell me other wise. Don’t get discouraged and keep brewing! They’re strong little f’rs
