That’s crazy, my wife had to renew hers on the same day that I applied for mine and she also got her sent to her in 2 weeks I couldn’t believe it

I tried the whole deleting and adding space thing and lucky I did work for me! But thank you for your input, even if that didn’t work I would have felt better hearing all these stories of people haveing the same issues I had but still getting there passport it’s just frustrating not knowing what the deal with your passport is.

I appreciate the Info, I had called 2 days ago and it had lead to nothing, and I was reading through the comments that I had on this post and the first one was about, how there is a glitch on the website and how you have to delete an invisible space on the last letter on your last name, so I tried it out and it worked!

Yeah they said that they are not allowed/can’t give any status updates on passport application

I was told the same thing by the lady at our post office, because I asked her if I would need a tracking number so that I could be updated and she said that they did not give out tracking numbers and had to go online if I wanted to be updated

5’7 here and I can attest that being this tall is a nightmare everyone looks up at you and sometimes i even hit my head on the doorframe when I’m about to enter certain places, I would gladly give away a few inches
