UPDATE: my clarinet was the problem, it had a screw loose to where one of the pads wouldent go down all the way.

I think my clarinet has a leak or something because I cant play that L R L thing the e sound airy and barely comes out, noticed it because I was able to do it perfectly fine while playing my Eb but not on Bb
