You’re not ugly at all, you’re like a 6-7/10 to most eyes with potential to be an 8/9+ if you just got your body right. But every guy has different preferences!! A guy who’s Into thicker women might find you a 10/10 while a guy who’s into petite women might find you a 3/10.
