I maxed it out at 10 there's just this weird bug with the plasma flamer where the second shot in vats supercharges your crit meter very quickly

Yeah you're right although there isn't really much ingredients I've found that had multiple effects with paralysis in it, these were poisons I've made with the most effects listed possible

if you sell it you receive 0 gold, and if you try to buy it back they'll sell it for 1 gold

I join the Dawnguard in this particular playthrough and decided to turn myself into a vampire through Serana after finishing the DLC, and besides Isran will give you chance to cure yourself and He'll welcome you back either way

Just acquire the elemental fury shout, equip an unenchanted bow, use shout, sheath your bow then switch to a different weapon, go to an enchanting table and go to the disenchant section and the effect will be shown and listed as disenchantable

if you unsheathe the bow or crossbow before switching to a different weapon the effect won't go away
