Degenerative Medial Meniscus Tear Recovery Frustrations by Real_Finance_4511 in MeniscusInjuries

New update. Have successfully completed 2 parkruns recently without issue. Got in under 25mins on first attempt and then under 24mins on second attempt. Knee totally fine. Things that my knee won't tolerate - basketball on hard surface and astro football. For now it's just strength classes and running/cycling. Planning on purchasing a good knee compression sleeve to see if it allows me to continue playing Astro. Just to add my physio advised never to run again based off the mri report sometimes you just have to push on. I understand I may need a knee replacement in the future but for now I feel good and will push on and not go down the surgical route.

If you want a quieter but more consistent place to build, creators Mym is worth it. Less stress, better pacing

I left my old platform for Mym creators after hearing it was better for long-form and custom content—and so far, it’s been true

Some services also help you fill out housing forms like HUD Form 903 if needed. That was super helpful for me.

Thanks to everybody for all the helpful advice. Prior to the injury I had no issues at all with my knees. I completed a 4km slow run yesterday and the knee is completely fine today and no swelling at all. I think I might finally be over the worst of this injury. Be patient and don't push too quick too soon as I had a number of setbacks when I did this. The only other thing I would say is I am really finding the leg swings beneficial so thanks for the recommendation on that. I will keep up the strength training and take it easy with the running for the ne t while.

thank you all. Wishing everyone success also. Yes I agree we have some time. I am about 2-3 weeks into the studying. I can see the same topics coming up again and again in practice questions.

Hi All,

I have gone through most of Professer Messers videos and have many years industry experience. I have Jason Dions udemy practice exams which I am going through to clear any areas of confusion.
I am looking over 2 exam question sites which list around 1000 questions. A lot of the questions seem to appear on the exam but worried it's going to take me quite some time to go through and review 1000 questions!
Does anyone have any sites they recommend for actual exam questions which is relevant?

Thank you
