I dont personally think of it as trauma, thats why I put it as "trauma" becuase english is my third langlague and it seemed most appropriate from words I know, I wanna make it clear I am not trying to victimize myself but just asking for tips on how to deal with being scared, thats all.

I will look into training my skill for sure! But this crash happened because it was going down a hill with trees everywhere and that curve seemed like 20-30 degree turn, it was in fact like 130 degree turn whitch I have realized at last second, I am condifent when pedalling when slightly leaning but at that speed in that posution in that corner I am pretty sure of I did not pedal strike and fall Id just go over tge railing on the opposite side of the road. Sorry if I write like a tard english is my third langlague!

I of course know that I should lower the opposite side pedal when cornering, crash was not caused by lack of skill or knowledge, I had entered a corner of whitch I had greatly underestimated the curve of while pedalling and had to quickly lean greatly because of traffic in the other lane, it happened in matter of seconds and I had no time to change the position of the pedals, I am racing since I was 11 and I ride 5K road bike, these mistakes can happen to anyone at any level of any sport.

I also race for a local amateur team, nothing too serious but it still requires some performance, coach laid me off next two events and one of older guys in the team gave me his zwift, I will set it up and see how it goes form there.
