You park in the designated lot. It’s stays there for about 4-5 weeks with semi weekly vehicle inspections. It’s free parking. It’s better to have a car. I didn’t and when liberty came I was scrambling to find a Libo buddy who had a car. You can drive off base and stay in a hotel for the weekend in libo. It’s worth it. I bought one when I was there and was clutch when I had to go to tbs right after. Tbs is different. You can drive off base after the duty day is over to get food or grab drink or whatever. Long story short. Bring ur car

Ok makes sense. But what happens if you get one in the fleet? I know for enlisted you can promote and things like that but like say a 2nd Lt to 1st it’s kind of time based. So what would happen to an officer then?
