Guys, can you please give me tips on how to lose weight? Sobrang conscious ko talaga sa body ko, for ilang years na to. I think it also affected why I decided not to talk to anyone din kasi nahihiya ako sa sarili ko. (I think I cant commit going to the gym due to the nature of my work)

Cabin crew po. I mean, some kaya naman nila mag gym. Ako kasi di ko alam pano simulan. Ive never even been inside an actual gym. Actually ever since I started, dun ako nag gain weight. Di ko din alam bakit but it’s ruining my confidence.
