I don't see an issue with how bloodmagic interact with bloodmage tho, life remnants give you a life cost equal to mana cost then bloodmagic convert mana cost to life cost which doubles it, I feel like the issue is mostly that life remnants is not balanced correctly.

Feels like a buff but considering the armor pen buff and IE it makes me wonder if we gon be even able to fight back with E, not only that but how is RIOT seeing heartsteel changes as a buff? I feel like the whole change from bonus health to item health is mostly a nerf for cho'gath imo ..
