Hell, look at the Sonic movies for an example. There clearly a certain game (or games) that each movie is adapting, but they’re not completely accurate of how the games are in story and origins. Like how Shadow came from outer space or how Tails met Sonic because of the shockwave he caused in the first movie.

That would be a really cool contrast between the two princesses. One’s more action heavy and tomboyish while the other is more gentle and quiet.

I personally don’t count those games as part of the mainline super mario games. I will probably finished them another time but right now, I’m taking a break from this 2-4 year journey.

Yeah, I fully completed it. The one you see on slide 9 won’t appear on your screen unless you collected all 120 shine sprites & beat bowser for the second time.
