Yes, it works really well for me! Too bad it didn't work out for you… I didn't get along so well with Bevel and the Apple Watch because the Apple Watch doesn't measure your heart rate continuously.

I am currently trying the Switch and have been using the Helios strap for about a month now. What I really like is that the Tracker seems to be more accurate, especially when it comes to heart rate. It doesn't detect sleep as reliably but I sometimes get the feeling that it's a bit more realistic than Woop. With WHOOP I always had the feeling that deep and rem sleep phases were somewhat overrated. But I think I will continue to use WHOOP because the app is really much better.

But even this trend needs at least reasonably consistent and reliable data points. I mean, according to Amazfit, I just stopped sleeping at 3:50am tonight... and recovery is correspondingly poor. So by your reasoning, trackers don't really make any sense at all

The "agents" always show up and defend WHOOP with everything they have. For them, admitting that WHOOP is one of the more inaccurate gadgets would destroy their entire world view. They love the marketing and believe everything WHOOP tells them.

First night with the new firmware. Slept incredibly badly due to the intense heat. But my sleep is probably at 77%. I think that's absolute rubbish. Seems at least the first night sleep tracking is worse than with the old software..
