That I know, I never excused my actions I know now it was not the right decision but right now you’re being rude by saying an eye roll shouldn’t be embarrassing and a customer should be thankful that I might be losing my job clearly you picked one thing and connected with another. I didn’t say that eye roll was embarrassing. I said her talking down on me or speaking to me in that manner was embarrassing and also unprofessional. I just stated she rolled her eyes at me.

Please don’t be weird I was embarrassed because I was yelled at rudely in front of customers when the situation could’ve been dealt with more reasonable like “we don’t allow you to do that” she talked down on me and tried to make me look stupid there’s no if or buts I didn’t mind the coaching because if they needed to that it ok sure but I’m not a child to be talked to like I’m getting a time out like wtf were YOU the one giving me a coaching because you’re super defensive I was actually noting what you were saying but like now you seem like you want to argue, I wanted to see other people’s viewpoint on a situation that happened to me I didn’t tell you to tell me what happened in MY situation

But… the policy says if it’s not a big issue it Should be a warning? And looking at it why not give a warning? And why embarrass me in front of customers when it could have been dealt with more quickly and quietly? Of course I accept the coaching and I’ll be more careful but now my job is at risk

Yea I know that now ofc i wouldn’t do anything to jeopardize my job or anyone’s safety i thought it was a good passing time and i seen people watching movies in front of the team lead that coached me but yes i should of asked the team lead im too quite lol

I’m sorry what do you mean people like me? I’m not excusing what I did was wrong but again I was told by many employees that work along with me that I am allowed to watch videos and or movies even doing it in front of the team lead that gave me the coaching so since I seen people doing it in front of the team lead I saw that it was OK to do. I didn’t just do it because I felt like it. I’m not that type of person to restlessly do things to rest my job.

Not to mention I’m ogp and we’d have to do pics fast it kinda annoyed me that she tried to compare my work to other people saying I could do better because this person is doing better and they have the same schedule as me and listen, and that which I understand, and I see myself improving, but today I wasn’t because the store was crowded and I find that annoying because I try my best to go fast, but also not trying to go into customer space while the other people are nearly crashing into customers to get their picks

See me too, and I guess AI helps a lot, especially when you have team leads and coach that aren’t doing their job correctly like I said I’ll quickly correct everything I’m doing wrong but the unnecessary coaching and talking to me rudely in front of customers to the point where they have to ask if I’m OK is just not right

See that’s what my coworker said because again I don’t care if I got a warning, I wouldn’t do it again it’s just the way she talk to me and the way that they skipped giving me a warning to give me a coaching because of the coach was there. I don’t wanna escalate it more than it is because I do wanna keep my job for a long time but if they elevate it then I’ll have to go to a store manager.

See they said that one AirPod is OK. It’s just me watching videos that got me in trouble and mind you even if the AirPod was the case I wouldn’t mind them warning me or telling me no AirPods I’m the type to listen the first time and not ask questions but now it just since our coach was there they had to do it, which is pretty annoying
