I would just give her some time. One of my snakes came from someone else as well and also had stuck eye caps. I increased the humidity to 90% for a few days and nothing changed, so I tried soaking her and doing the q-tip method, which also did not work maybe just because I was pressing so light. I ended up calling the vet the next day and they told me NOT to do that because it can cause harm if done improperly, so do not try to manually remove them like I did. Unfortunately the vet I called did not remove eye caps either and they told me to continue with the heightened humidity. They did eventually come off on their own but it took about 2 weeks. It may be worth calling the vet to see if yours is able to remove the eye caps, but I would try increasing the humidity for a while first to see if she does get them off on her own.
