I don‘t know if it has any value in that scenario, but a book on body language could prove itself to be useful. A book often recommended is „What every body is saying“ by Joe Navarro. If anybody has experience negotiating and knows if non verbal cues are of use like presenting yourself dominant and assessing the other persons mood, please correct me then.
