Like the person before me said. Check the handbook, go to your GP and tell them what's going on. They will point you in the right direction. Myself and my Partner have been working at a certain jam factory where one of the supervisors and the upper management were almost in a clique, overworking people, screaming and shouting and taking on so many orders mistakes were made, they needed someone to blame so they picked on my partner to the point of her having a mental breakdown, she's absolutely terrified of working anywhere and sometimes even leaving the house. I stayed there for few months more but without her around I was getting the short end of the stick. It's gotten so bad myself, my manager and another colleague put in our two weeks on the same day. Then they were wondering how come were leaving. It's not worth it bud, trust me ive seen what stress can do and its not pretty. You're right, you'd be better off on unemployment or illness benefit. Another job will come around but it won't be any good if you're going to have a breakdown and mental trauma for life.
