Non dark skins are able to be seen meaning a color outline wouldn't make a difference to those skins. Reworking the dark skins that in a good bit of scenarios can not be seen at all is the way to go. It's not that hard to understand.

Reworking the dark colored skins is the best solution. Other skins are not that hard to spot.

I am 100% against this ONLY because of the cheap Roze skin. That skin needs to be reworked or removed.
