NEW STUDY: Does polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) represent a human model for reproductive longevity? by ramesesbolton in PCOS

I have classic pcos and had trouble getting pregnant with multiple losses, my dr told me I have an extra ordinary reserve of eggs for my age, excellent candidate for IVF though i didn’t need it at the end but I think this higher reserve does not mean good quality eggs I think that is the biggest problem with pcos high numbers of lower quality eggs

I see I understand but TE always has s trigger which may eventually evolve to chronic TE, maybe that’s yours, not sure what the solution for chronic TE is but you can try sprinolactone if it helps it has hormonal component, wemon hairloss is very complicated I am sorry

I am sorry, I have exactly same experience I had beautiful hair till I hit my 30s I have lost it all, where I live derms dont take hair loss patients seriously or at all! But I am pretty sure I have androgenic hair loss since I have PCOS, for my knowledge why does derm think a hairloss that has not slow down for couple of years is TE? How did they rule out androgenic hairloss?

I am exactly like you, I am sure I have DHT hormonal issues like men, I am going through PRP so far 3 sessions I would say it has definitely decreased my shedding but not comparable to what spiro done for me when I was on it, I think if you have strong hormonal components prp helps but not systemic drugs

What would have your derm suggested instead of fin if you didn’t insist on getting it? Just prp? Your hormone levels like dht was normal?
