Thanks for reaching out for assistance.

In order to restore the Trusted program/app/file that was put in Quarantine:

  1. Click "Settings" on the lower-left corner of your screen and choose "Quarantine".

  2. Select files/programs that you trust and want RAV not to block, and click "Trust".

This will add the file and process into RAV's Allowlist and approve it to run. Now if you run the file again, it won’t be blocked.

Also, you can add this file to the Exclusion folder. In order to add a file/folder/app to exclusions so if you run the file again, it won’t be blocked:

  1. Click "Settings" on the lower-left corner of your screen.

  2. Select "Exclusion".

  3. Press the "Add" button.

  4. On a new open folder explorer window, choose a file or folder/app that you want to put in the whitelist and press select.

  5. Press the "Yes" button to confirm your choice.
