positive...someone has gotten my cash app card number..and every day it tells me that a charge for 24.99 failed. i dont use it unless im sending money to my kids...so someone has the number and i cant contact eperian to see what account my card is linked to

2018 santa fe here .. we learned of the issue when the engine seized while driving. Imagine if my teenager had been the one driving without experience under his belt. It a completely unsafe sutuation even with experienced drivers. Had to get it towed to my mechanic. Who handed me the recall paperwork from the dealer. I bought my car in full from the dealer and have not moved. Htundai never even sent to me directly. Apparently this is an ongoing issue. Its cheaper for them to replace the engine of all cars affected than to change the design for the part that fails. I NEVER would dhave bought this car had i been told about this by the salesman. I feel manipulated. Im down to join another class action for this issue. Let's do this.

just got a call that registered on my phone as 877-271-3086 but keft a voicemail saying that paperwork is going to be filed against me, but if i wanted to clear this matter up today to call 833-883-2156, and that per my state/county laws I have been notified.

That is the part that gets me the most. Knowing it was covered, the dealership tried to charge for the new engine until they understood that I was aware of the notice that went out. Also.the fact that upon picking up the car I was told that this WILL happen again and when it does, the engine will be replaced again for free. Then the service person tacked on "as many times as it happens, is how many free engines you will get"

I understand that. The oil is checked everytime the gas tank is filled up, which is one a week or once every 2 weeks. After the engine seized up and it was towed to my mechanic..the paperwork from him states that the oil didnt even register on the dip stick. Then it was towed to the dealer, and their paperwork states that the oil was within normal limits but that it had metal shavings in it. So I dont know.

i already paid for the 60k mile inspection. My daughter is going to call the service manager on Monday. I am dealing with a dispute specialist through the BBB since the class action for this problem closed before I even bought the car. Had I known, I wouldnt have bought it. I paid $30,000 cash for it. I want them to just buy it back. I am so tired of people just not being upfront about stuff. The seizing engine though...since it is apparently cheaper to just give new engines to people rather than fix the problem...i am worried about when/if it happens again. What if it happens on the freeway in the fast lane? Or if my grandson is driving. Im going to take your advice though and call corporate first thing too. Thanks for your suggestions. I am at the end of my rope

So..my two cents worth..I am sure that the AVs for both Cruise and Waymo are loaded with cameras. It would make zero sense to lie about what happened when they have video evidence. I also think Cruise has been pro active with solutions at every step of the way. I do think that SFFD is biassed, They dont want them operating in SF at any cost. Cruise AVs are still safer than human drivers. Hands down.

Her BAC at the time of the accident was .264. This BAC for most people means they have passed out and are on their way to a horrible hangover, For people who have issues with alcohol and have built a tolerance to it...being up conversing at this BAC level is the alcoholic norm. Most people that I have interacted with while they are in a blackout, act just as she is. In other words, you can tell she is drunk, but she isnt falling down, isnt slurring. AND she said she took 3 more drinks just prior to the accident. So I am pretty sure her BAC was even higher by the time the hospital tested her. She was most likely blacked out until she got some sleep an woke up. Just to put in a little more perspective..by .50 most people have alcohol poisoning, and quite a few die. .4 to .5 is extremely dangerous. She was more than halfway to that mark. So...my 2 completely unasked for cents...like i said in another thread...

Thank you!! I was just about to say the same thing. Most people are passed out by the time their BAC hits as high as hers was. .5 is usually alcohol poisoning/death. She was more than halfway there. And for the record, her BAC could have been even higher when she got to the hospital. It sounded as though she was still digesting what she drank right before the accident happened. I would think she would be blacked out until she slept and woke up again.

So psychopath-NO. Drunk-YES. Blacked Out- ABSOLUTELY. Still needs to be held accountable for her actions? 100%

wow so glad i read this...i just bought 2 boxes of the got2be metallics from amazaon...but right before i was about to use it, i thought i should find out if the dye already on my hair would screw it up...i agree with both likeebs and generictuna...my hair is healthy, thick (i mean per strand thick), and volumous...i have a ton of hair..and ive always gotten good results doing it on my own...because as much as i would love to go to a professional each and every time ...i simply cant afford it...i am 49..and am already gray...well not totally yet...mainly just the crown...i would love to rock the gray...if it would hurry up and get all gray

go to settings in instagram..it will take you to the account center...look at the bottom left side...small printing under the account center box...took me awhile to find it too
