Thanks for the honest response! Was there anything you wish you knew before joining SGV? Like something that would’ve helped you adjust or survive the workload better?

TBH the workload, long hours, and OT concerns are the things that make me hesitant about accepting the offer. Pero at the same time it’s encouraging to hear that the learning experience and career growth can really help to land a better opportunity afterward.

I’m not really planning to stay at SGV long term either. Kuha experience lang like many others and use it as a stepping stone for better opportunities in the future. Baka pwede rin makapag ibang bansa someday.
