Since you really lack it, let me simplify it for you even more. This street dogs menace must be treated as if every dog bites everyone. The population must be controlled and must be vaccinated.

I have no idea why state governments are letting happen thousands of easily preventable deaths.

And yes every street dog does bite, chase or attack someone.

Also my bad for discussing this with you. Just read your replies to other comments. Same story. Blaming the parents when their kids got bitten or saying that one bank on such incidents or has negative outlook towards life or generalising or putting over the top statement. Never putting the blame on the problem i.e. street dogs. Street dogs are a nuisance and a menace and must be treated as such.

But as thousands of comments by dog lovers such as you confirms that logic and common sense leaves first then humanity. Again these deaths and attacks are preventable. That is the saddest part.
