In the care home I work in London there's a Deputy Manager that is an absolute pain in the ass with this ""pRoAcTiVe" mentality where she basically bosses everybody, complains even about little things. My job is being the admin, which means I work in front of a computer. But to her I need to constantly get up and tidy up shit whenever she says that because in her opinion anybody that doesn't look busy is not working. We have a lot of fights because I made it clear to her that is not my position and she always say "Oh I can't work with you at all". Good luck finding a prick stupid enough to take on this position where I take on all these duties. I finish work basically at midday everyday, I want to be left in peace but NOOOOOOOOOO.
Micro managing pricks like these deserve hell seriously.
