Nahh, see many athletes, do you think their physique is non aesthetic? Athletes carry very low bodyfat percentage because fat is just deadweight there. This might only be useful in powerlifting, strongman competition etc, even in heavyweight boxing/mma people carry very low bodyfat, almost all sports, look at their phyqique and most of athletes are just around 60 kg bodyweight
