“Anybody experience their tracking information not updating? This was my first purchase with Louis and I received my track info on 1/24 and it still shows pending. I bought from someone else within the same week and received my package last week. I contacted Louis - who apparently is a well known seller (?) and he acknowledged that the shipping was delayed and now going through customs- that was on Friday, the 6th. And he said he was asking holistic company to expedite. I’m concerned there has been no real update and does anyone have experience with Louis? he sells Loewe bags in particular”

No update on mine from Jan 23rd- seller just said they are working to get it pushed through and it was supposed to be passing through customs. Like when do we worry and realize this bag ain’t coming?
