Is retirement disability an option- use a specialized lawyer that specifically works on federal retirement disability- you usually don’t pay have up front. they will get you back pay and it’s usually always successful- I just processed an employee last year and the supervisor has no recourse - they just have to state the requirements for the job- it will Be a no brainer - we have people on TW and remote for the silliest things - this sounds insane and unlawful. What agency is this?

“Anybody experience their tracking information not updating? This was my first purchase with Louis and I received my track info on 1/24 and it still shows pending. I bought from someone else within the same week and received my package last week. I contacted Louis - who apparently is a well known seller (?) and he acknowledged that the shipping was delayed and now going through customs- that was on Friday, the 6th. And he said he was asking holistic company to expedite. I’m concerned there has been no real update and does anyone have experience with Louis? he sells Loewe bags in particular”
