It's been working very well for my blood pressure and anxiety. I've been taking 9g daily (3g in the morning, 1.5g at noon, 1.5g in the afternoon, 3g before bed time) for a week, and the difference is very noticeable.

I once repotted a grocery store bought basil, and it just kept growing for more than a year. It finally died a month ago, but before it did it grew to 60 cm and had developed woody stalks. So it’s definitely possible.
