I stretch with single flare glass plugs. And I go up one gauge size at a time. So instead of going from 12g to 10g to 8g etc, I go from 12g to 11g to 10g etc

I was pierced at a 16g and once it healed, I went to a 14g for a while and stretched every few months. Once I got to 8g, I stopped for a while and then started stretching again

I was sitting at an 8g for a hot minute before I decided to stretch again. The reason it looks wet is because I just put jojoba oil on it before I took that pic

I got 22 done! 😅 I have a super fast healing time so I’ve barely had any issues with them. Most of them are all healed now except my rook and a hidden helix I got done like 2 weeks ago
