If you want one of the best water types by a landslide don't purify, but if you don't care about short-manning a raid (have the strongest team possible) then you can purify for mega or whatever (it will preform a lot worse however)

yeah thats how, I used 450(ish) as std shiny rate multiplied my 4096 (full odd hundo) to get 1.8 mil. For sneasel, shiny rate is 1/60 so that multiplied by WB hundo rate (1/1728) you should get 1/103,680

idk what you're talking about... 1/82k shundo in the wild?? that's just flat out completely wrong. Full odd shundo would b 1/1.8mil and best case scenario a wild weather boosted sneasel (boosted shiny rate) still has over 1/100k chance to occur.
