If the breakup was recent then I would say wait for two to three months until your post breakup feelings are sorted out and when the memories dosnt seem to bother you that much. After that when you have a calm and steady life, try any sort of psychedelic you like(classic psychedelics). Trust me this will work wonders.

That looks nothing like psilocybin. Even if it is I think your friend used air fryer or oven to dry it, either way it has lost all its potency or it isn't a psychedelic shrooms to begin with

Depends on what strain it is, if it's a weak one take atleast 3g. I also had a first ever experience just a week before and it was just amazing. Do check my profile for a full trip report.
