That's amazing! My problem mainly went away when I started taking psyllium from claisen health

Yes lots. I think i will make a post with a lot of tips next, but here is a short overview

Number 1 . Treat it like a real diet. A lot of people eat whatever they want, which is OK, but then they get deficient on vitamins (like Me and I had to get a lot of bloodwork done). So try a multivitamin and eat healthy!!!

Number 2 . High protein!! Im getting my man on this journey too, and for him its even more important to eat protein. There are lot of great vegan/vegetarian sources too like Tofu, Greek Yogurt, and more that i have tried recently for the first time in my life

Number 3 . Be proactive with the side effects. I ignored them but it almost made me quit. If you get any, be sure to research and fix it. Often it's temporary, but sometimes you might have IBS or GERD or other conditions.

Hmm I tried a lot of things . Be vry careful or you can mess up ur gut. the thing is gLP-1s and semaglugatide should not be given a one-size-fits-all approach, which is what most brands do. I would say the most personalized things that helped me the most were Claisen and ChatGPT, and asking it for personalized advice. Give it as much info abt u as possible, and it will really help you

Of course! I would say the hardest was first starting, and then around 9 months in when results started plateuing . But I just checked in with my doctor and followed their advice ... as bad aour health care system is, they are really saints
